Please read through our terms carefully before purchasing your event ticket.
“We”, “Us”, “Our” means Altamont Plant Sales and/or its representatives, employees and sub-contractors.
“Event” means an event held by the “Us” for which you have bought a ticket and “Venue” means the venue/site where the event is being held.
When you confirm your purchase, you are accepting that these terms and conditions form the basis of any contract between the Altamont Plant Sales and yourself.
GENERAL
We reserve the right to implement restrictions/conditions before and during the event to ensure it is safe. You must comply with any, and all instructions given to you by event staff.
You must not enter the site if you believe that you may have been infected with Covid-19 and/or you are displaying symptoms of Covid-19.
By entering the site, you give your express consent to be included for no fee within any audio or visual recording to be used in any media for marketing purposes.
We shall have no liability for any loss, injury, illness or damage to any person or property sustained at the event howsoever caused (including by Us and our agents) in any circumstances unless caused as a direct result of our negligence and that which cannot by law be excluded or limited. Any personal property brought to the event is at your own risk.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Irish law and any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Irish courts.
We have a no dogs policy (except for registered Assistance Dogs which are allowed on each site).
Altamont Plant Sales reserves the right to alter or change these terms without notice.
Prices are inclusive of any applicable taxes and there are no surcharges whatsoever. Once you have paid, we will not increase the price of your tickets. Prices displayed on the site are subject to change without notice.
Prices are correct at time of going to press and are subject to change without notification.
Where your ticket includes lunch, this lunch shall comprise two courses followed by tea and coffee. Any dietary requirements will be requested on the morning of the talk/workshops.
REFUNDS
Refunds are only considered if the event is cancelled in full and not rescheduled. No individual or organisation will receive any compensation or damage other than a refund of the face value of the ticket held by the individual or organisation for any cancelled event. Outside these circumstances no refunds are facilitated.
In the case that the event is cancelled in full, refunds will be processed by Altamont Plant Sales not later than a week after the event should have taken place.
Personal arrangements relating to the event including, but not limited to, travel, subsistence and accommodation are at your own risk and we shall not be liable for any losses incurred from personal arrangements or wasted expenditure beyond the ticket refund.
AGE POLICY
You must be 18 years or over to attend any talks or workshops at Altamont Plant Sales.
TICKETS
Your booking reference number and/or e-mail print out must be produced and scanned in order for you to access the venue.
We will not issue duplicates for lost tickets.
HEALTH AND SAFETY
Smoking (including e-cigarettes and/or vaping) is not permitted in enclosed public spaces or buildings including marquees in Altamont Plant Sales. Altamont Plant Sales operates a no-smoking policy.

EMAIL CONTACT
If you do not opt-in to receive marketing emails you may still receive emails about your booking. You will also receive a post-visit email about your experience but will not be signed up to the monthly e-news.
